The Anti-Tracker Philosophy
Most habit trackers are designed to keep you inside the app. They use complex charts, notifications, and gamification to hook you. We built something different.
Why this exists
The modern productivity landscape is exhausting. You don't need a pie chart to tell you if you read a book today. You just need a digital blank slate. justdo.day exists to visualize your stubbornness and focus, without the visual garbage.
The "Don't break the chain" method
Our core mechanic is simple: do the thing, mark the day. The longer the continuous chain of marked days, the harder it is to quit. It's a psychological trick that relies entirely on momentum.
The 2-Misses Rule
Life happens. Most trackers induce guilt and make you quit completely if you miss a single day. We give you a buffer. You are allowed one missed day without breaking your streak. But if you miss two days in a row, the chain breaks. Zero guilt, but strict accountability.
Extreme constraints
- Maximum 3 habits: You can't focus on 10 things at once. Pick what matters.
- No friction: Open the site, type, start. Data is stored locally.
- No notifications: We won't bother you. It's on you to show up.
